Suadeo is a French software company founded in 2004, focused on providing a Self BI Platform that empowers non-IT users to manage and analyze their data autonomously. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

About the role

You'll build and maintain modern front-ends in React TypeScript across a variety of projects and plugins. It's a React-first, front-end-focused role where performance, security, reusable components and great UX matter, because applications run at scale and often handle large datasets.

What you'll do

• Build responsive, high-performance web applications in React.js TypeScript
• Engineer for speed at scale — virtualization of large lists/tables, memoization, code-splitting, lazy loading and bundle budgets, tracking Core Web Vitals and p95, not just averages
• Create reusable, well-structured UI components and share patterns across products
• Turn UI/UX designs into high-quality, accessible interfaces
• Integrate with platform REST APIs, authentication and real-time updates
• Build responsive and PWA (installable, offline-capable) experiences
• Optimise for performance at scale — virtualization, memoization, code-splitting
• Ship multilingual UIs (EN / FR / DE/ ES …) and keep tests green (Vitest / React Testing Library)
• Collaborate with backend, QA, design and product; take part in code reviews

What you'll bring

• 5 years front-end experience with strong, hands-on React.js (hooks, component architecture, state, render behaviour)
• Proven production React apps and deep React ecosystem (routing, forms, custom hooks, reusable component libraries)
• React state management — Context/Hooks plus Redux Toolkit or Zustand, and TanStack Query
• TypeScript, strong HTML5 / CSS3, responsive design
• REST API integration and solid front-end performance skills
• Git / GitLab and modern tooling (Vite)

Nice to have

• PWA and React Native — the role may extend to a companion mobile app
• Exposure to .NET / C# (our plugin backends are .NET) — a plus, not required
• SignalR / WebSockets, TanStack Table, data-viz / maps (MapLibre, charts), i18n, accessibility (WCAG), testing (Cypress / Playwright)
