Technical Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Abu Dhabi, offering the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely.

The Technical

Manager will oversee and manage technical projects, provide leadership to technical teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical support.

Responsibilities include conducting research and development, optimizing processes, and managing project workflows to meet organizational goals. The manager will also play a critical role in driving innovation and ensuring effective team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Research and Development (R&D)
• Experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in delivering high-quality Technical Support to address technical challenges
• Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in hybrid environments and adapt to various project needs
• Technical background in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline
