Landscape design for educational function and site design for public institutions and government facilities Parks, botanical gardens, arboretums, greenways, and nature preserves Recreation facilities, such as playgrounds, golf courses, theme parks and sports facilities
Housing areas, industrial parks and commercial developments
Estate and residence landscape planning and design
Landscaping and accents on highways, transportation structures, bridges, and transit corridors Contributions to urban design, town and city squares, waterfronts, pedestrian schemes Natural Park, tourist destination, and recreating historical landscapes, and historic garden appraisal and conservation studies
Reviews and interprets discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and correct technical execution of the work.
Revise and submit method statements and contractor proposal.
Inspects constructions of irrigation and landscape improvements.
Raising issues correction notice to contractor/Developer to correct deficiencies found during inspections.
Coordinate with the Surveyors to check the line and grade of completed work for conformance with the plans and specifications.
Maintains records of inspection works.
Reviews, corrects and ensures completeness of landscape plan submittal and as built plans.
Report to the Assistant RE or the RE any failure of the Contractor to conform to plans and Specifications or failure to provide good workmanship.
Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident Engineer, and the Project Safety Representative.
Ensure that all contractual obligations and associated Service Level
Agreements are met by the Contractor.
Ensure that contractual works are of a high quality, safely delivered and are managed to consider Community comfort and convenience.
