My experience in the food industry including Manufacturing and Research and Development has allowed me to be part of numerous projects bringing new product concepts to market promoting value addition , health benefits and emphasis on quality standards with my knowledge and experience in the quality control and assurance field allows me to effectively follow the production process to yield foods in accordance with the GSO standards and the FSMS systems

I have done my bachelors in the Bioengineering specializing in food technology with the engineering principles and food related subjects from quality management to microbial techniques
