I am driven, hardworking and self-motivated with proven ability to perform under pressure without compromising the quality willingly to learn in order to grow, set instructions and accept constructive criticism. Ability to work independently and with a team. Detail oriented with good communication skills.

I strive to establish myself as a distinctive culinary artist. I have broadened my knowledge and experience by working in areas of cuisines including Sea food fusion. French fine dining as well as modern fast food.

Currently working with Reef UAE as Junior sous chef from 2021 up to date.

I hold a diploma In Hotel and Industrial catering at YMCA Kampala Uganda
