Key Responsibilities o Taking out the quantities of ELV systems from the drawings received along with the inquiries from the client to provide the quotation for various fit-out jobs.
o Prepare the quotations for various maintenance jobs as per the technical report.
o Assigning & coordinating the team for various jobs.
o Report the jo b progression to clients.
o Preparing the survey reports and technical submittals as per the client's requirement.
o Communicating regularly with the maintenance manager & others to ensure effective integration and prioritization of technical issues to resolve them effectively.
o Follow up with clients for the submitted quotations.
o Provide the material request for various jobs.
o Prepare and submit Work Progress Report, Request Form for Inspection &
Approval o Prepare DDC I/O Point Schedules & As-Built Drawing o Prepare BOQ, Shop Drawing, Schematic Drawing, and Power matrix for BMS o Record the weekly/monthly reports during maintenance.
o Lead a team of technicians and give solutions for the onsite issues.
o SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) portal proficiency for acquiring license and inspection for the approval of CCTV systems at various sites.
o Configuration of IP-based CCTV system (HIKVISION o Testing and commissioning of Central battery system (CEAG).
