As a Scrum Master with over 5 years of experience, I have a strong background in technology and a proven track record of leading and managing Scrum teams. I began my career as a tech support specialist for Microsoft, where I gained valuable experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. I then transitioned into a Scrum Master role, where I have overseen the development and implementation of multiple Scrum projects.

I completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2011. This four-year program included coursework in a wide range of subjects, including:

Engineering mechanics and design
Thermodynamics and heat transfer
Fluid mechanics and hydraulics

Computer-aided design and drafting
Engineering ethics and professional practice.

Throughout my studies, I gained a strong foundation in the principles and practices of mechanical engineering, and developed the technical and analytical skills needed to design, analyze, and manufacture mechanical systems. I also had the opportunity to apply these skills in hands-on projects and internships, which allowed me to gain practical experience in the field.
