EXPERIENCE/ROLES

• Among my numerous pupils and students, I had 4 special needs pupils and I used what I call differentiation method (making the lesson sessions pupil's centered),

teaching and guiding the pupils and students to bring their inner minds to life in recycling, drawing, painting, sculpting, and craft form.

• Mapping out extra time for my special needs pupils while engaging the pupils and students in intensive practical functional art work production ( Knitting outfits and cardigans, shoemaking, fabric dying and batik decoration, weaving, sewing, esthetic water fountain and aquarium production, foot mat, throw pillow production and many more).
• My pupils with spacial needs got extra classes during my cursive handwriting classes with the pupils, students and staff, this got one of them a pen license during the last school award event.
• Carrying out all duties as a creative art club and cultural event coordinator in the school.

5.Teaching the pupils and students along with related planning.

• As an art teacher of the school and a year 5 class teacher, I assessed monitored,

recorded, reported and commented on the work and performance of the pupils and students,maintaining order and discipline in the classroom and the school in general.

• I carried out what I call differentiation method while teaching pupils and students of different level of understanding. (Engaging my spacial needs pupils in extra spelling lessons using "Scrabble Game" and "Nessy Learning" to make them enjoy their learning session with me.
• Engaging in developing the school curriculum and continuing professional development.
• Providing advice and guidance to pupils and students on issues related to their education, promoting and safeguarding the general wellbeing and safety of pupils and students.
• Collaborating with parents and other staff towards achieving the best interest of the pupils and students.
