my name is adarsh mathew I'm certified personal trainer,I'm from Kerala,i completed my diploma in personal training from k11 school of fitness science and I completed my diploma in basketball course also and I'm a reps level 3 trainer and cpr aed holder and NSQF level 4 also certified
I have 3 years of experience in personal training i provide strength training,cardio vascular conditioning and functional fitness I can create customised workout plans provide one and one coaching and guidance demonstrate proper exercise techniques
