- Monitor overall warehouse operations to provide services that meet safety, quality, cost, volume & timelines.
- Manage best practice implementation to meet/exceed business goals and standards.
- Manage ordering, receiving, storage & issuance of raw & pack material inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low.
- Maintain accuracy of all shipping, receiving, and picking of product with RTCIS (Inventory Management System) synced with SAP.
- Enable 3PL and SAP systems to remain synchronized through effective and timely, communication and performance of required transactions and processes.
- Manage returns processing in SAP, performing system transactions comprising both delivery processing, inventory movements.
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment (Weekly Checklist for Forklifts & MHEs).
- Review all shipping, receiving and inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
- Plan daily requirement of raw & pack materials.
- Implements & share Daily Shuttling & Shipment plan.
- Plan daily Empty Pallet requirement as per production Plan.
- Order the planned material.
- Verify Monthend RPM & Empty Pallets invoice.
- Receiving planned RPM materials.
- Issue material as per production requirement.
- Plan and ship finish product to 3PL & customers.
- Manage the inventory as per production requirement & forecast.
- Documentation of all receiving related Documents.
- Warehouse 5S implementation and supervision.
- All the work done through SAP & RTCIS.
- Controlling fixed assets of warehouse.
- Coordination with Transport Team to provide vehicles for Shuttling, Shipments & Empty Pallets as per plan.
- Perform month end IRA.
Warehouse Work Handling - STEADY LIFT PAKISTAN PVT LTD. - Coal Power Plant

- Maintain metrics and analysis data to assess performance and implement improvement.
- Maintain adequate inventory in-store.
- Keep track quality, Quantity, Stock level's, Delivery time, Transport cost and efficiency.
- Resolved any rising problem or complain.
- Maintain and report proper consumptions report of consumables and device on Daily basis.

- Asphalt was being provided on Motorway M5 on Taranda Muhammad Panah section with a contract of 55 thousand metric tons with China CSCEC.
- Motorway M4 on Topa Tek Singh section with a contract of 45 thousand metric tons with D-Bloch & ZKB.
- Motorway Sukkar Section 1 & 2 with a contract of 60 thousand metric tons with China CSCEC.

- Manage complete inventory control via physical verification + SAP S/4HANA, ensuring 99%+ accuracy across all SKUs
- Create PR in SAP and follow up with procurement for timely PO placement and material delivery as per project schedule
- Post GRN in SAP after material inspection and maintain 3-way matching with PO & invoice for accounts processing Issue MRN for material issuance to site and maintain bin cards, stock ledgers, daily issue records as per approved indents/BOQ
- Process Repairing Gate Pass for tools/equipment repair & return, maintaining gate pass register and asset tracking
- Coordinate inter-site material transfer through SAP transfer orders and proper documentation to balance stock between locations
- Conduct daily cycle counts & monthly physical inventory reconciliation, posting adjustments in SAP and preparing variance reports
- Implement 5S + HSE compliance in material yard for cement, steel, shuttering, MHE with proper storage & safety checks
