Communicate with people at all levels of the business. Undertaking inspections, carrying out accident investigations. Planning and leading projects, manage budgeting with less waste and cost. Preparing FF&E, projects cost study and CAPEX required.

Landscaping improvement to proper weather of area. Support other sister departments to achieve company vision and goals.
