Registered Mechanical Engineer, finished my degree at Technical Institute of the Philippines – Manila (ABET accredited university at the Philippines) in April 2018. I was chosen to be a candidate of specific training that focuses on Property Management by First Oceanic Property Management, under Megaworld Corporation for 4 months. I was hired as Building Engineer under the same company for almost 2 years.
And then I moved and was hired as a Technical Assistant by Community Property Management Group, Inc for 1 year and 4 months.
