I would like to introduce myself as an high-energy professional, i have over 10 years in the hospitality fields. My responsibilities is coordinating the front and back of the house ,scheduling, supervising, giving employee feedback and maintaining the protocol.

My current experience is an operation restaurants manager at snooze catering food service . I am well experienced for the role of managing a team and following up with customers to make them more satisfied.

I have 2 years of computer engineering , then i moved to the travel and tourism major as am experienced in the hotels field .
