• Led ship yard-based EPC contractor engineering team (21 count) delivering two work packages valued at $437M in PJOE yard (GTG, GTC, And Substation) and $619M in BOMESC yard (Fractionation, EDG, INLET, STABILIZER & AGRU) with 10 modules and gross weights up to 15k tones/module within a $25.5B megaproject.
• Managed detailed engineering of offshore substation Modules with gross weight 1.5k tone.
• Delivered fabrication and integration scope on schedule with <1% carry-over works despite COVID lockdowns and international sanctions.
• Managed hook-up and integration between Topsides and Gravity-Based Structures and issued complete carryover works dossier ensuring schedule adherence and field coordination.
• Managed field engineering, design changes, technical clarifications, deviations, and as-built documentation for eight topside modules of gross weight ranging from 10k to 15k tones.
