As a F&B supervisor/head waiter at Bait alreef ,I lead and supervise the front of house team, ensuring excellent customer service, quality food, and smooth operations. I have over 7 years of experience in casual dining restaurants in UAE, where I have developed strong skills in POS systems, cashiering, floor management, and team coordination.

Ensure the establishment atmosphere is excellent
Report the issue and complain after have been solved
Ensure the restaurant operation is smooth
Ensure the staff uniform is clean , iron and personal hygiene
Communicated with the BOH to check which items we urgently to sale
Greeting the customers and escort them to the best available table
Training to staff how to up sales and take orders with accurate informations punch the order in POS system
Ensure the table clothe ,silver wear, glasses, napkins, salt and pepper shakers ready and cleaned follow up the kitchen with food service sorting and organizing
Follow up customers after serving food if everything is good and ensure that they get the highest level of satisfaction
Report opening and closing duties
Ensure the cleaning check list of restrooms and refrigerators temperature
Ensure the lobby stock is spared (napkins/wet napkins/ toothpicks/ sanitizer/delivery bags/ etc
Suggest to the manager to add some offers or anew dishes as I saw customers requests
Getting highest reviews on google reviews
Ensure the washing chinaware and silverware is smiling good
Farewell the customers with saying hope for visit again
Report the cashier hand over
Organised seating for groups and guests with special needs
