Ahmet Sezer

With over 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have spent 8 of those years working at the pool bar, where I developed a strong focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving. I've consistently gone beyond my primary responsibilities — handling payments, closing and opening checks, taking orders via Micros, and providing support across all departments when needed. Known for my solution-oriented mindset and guest-focused approach, I became a trusted team member and a source of pride for my managers.

My name has been frequently mentioned in positive guest reviews on TripAdvisor and other review platforms over the years. I actively supported and trained team members on how to welcome guests, engage in meaningful conversations, take accurate orders, and improve sales techniques. My dedication, work ethic, and passion for learning helped me grow both personally and professionally.

I also have extensive experience in cocktail and food sales, consistently aiming to exceed guest expectations. I consider myself a hardworking and reliable professional, always striving to improve the service quality and overall guest experience in any environment I work in.
