Professional Work Experience:

Internee Engineer – Atlas Honda Limited, Pakistan (Motorcycle Manufacturer) Jun 2021-Aug 2021

• Involved in the metallography and microstructure analysis of various engine parts.
• Engaged in various inspection tests including tensile test, Vicker and Rockwell hardness test, roughness test, and case depth measurement on multiple parts.
• Provided assistance to field staff to calibrate Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) and XRF (X-ray Fluorescence)
• Carried out the project “Microstructure and Properties Analysis of as Cast and Heat-Treated Aluminium Silicon Alloy with varying soaking Time”
• Learned to analyze and planned workflow, inspection, and quality assurance requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Monitored different casting and heat treatment processes including gravity die casting and carburizing.

• Worked on control of process parameters to avoid surface and sub-surface porosity in stainless steel castings.
