• Led product discovery and end-to-end technical delivery, working directly with the company owner and workshop staff to transform phone- and WhatsApp-based operations into a structured Flutter and Supabase platform.
• Built and launched workflows covering booking, vehicle intake, photo/VIN/odometer documentation, invoice approval, repair tracking, payment verification, and delivery; the platform has managed 320 real bookings, 100+ vehicles, and 300+ invoice/payment records.
• Designed product and data-integrity rules including auditable invoice re-approval after edits, idempotent booking submission, immutable vehicle snapshots for historical bookings, and administrator-reviewed handling of incomplete VIN catalog data.
• Designed and implemented the Supabase/PostgreSQL backend with RLS, atomic RPCs, triggers, constraints, financial snapshots, audit history, authenticated Edge Functions, signed private-media access, and authorization across customer, administrator, and super-administrator roles.
• Established development, staging, and production environments with full CI/CD for analysis, automated tests, signed Android/iOS builds, and Google Play/TestFlight deployment, supported by tested backup, restoration, and disaster-recovery procedures.
• Monitored and improved the live application using Firebase Crashlytics and Flutter DevTools, resolving production issues including iOS APNs token timing and Android back-navigation behavior through native platform integration.

• Owned the Flutter implementation of an internal application used by employees, managers, HR, and administrators, collaborating with the senior engineer on architecture and workflow design.
• Built GPS- and geofencing-based attendance with shifts, lateness, early-departure and absence handling, plus two-level administrative approvals with rejection reasons and decision history.
• Integrated Laravel REST APIs with authentication and refresh tokens, pagination, file uploads, notifications, dependency injection, Cubit, role-based navigation, structured error handling, and automated tests.

Flutter Team Lead at Client Project (2024-02 – 2024-04)

Sahem - Citizen Issue Reporting Application. Client MVP proposed for municipal public-service reporting.

• Led the architecture and most of the Flutter implementation for a citizen-reporting MVP covering issue categorization, descriptions, map-based location capture, photos, notifications, and status tracking.
• Integrated Firebase Phone Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, and push notifications using Clean Architecture and Cubit.
• Implemented compressed concurrent uploads for up to five images with submission blocking and clear recovery handling; delivered a functional MVP before the project was discontinued for business reasons prior to public rollout.
