Job responsibilities Provide student counseling (Social, emotional, personal, and behavioral). School Deputy safeguarding lead (Safeguarding, UK standard level 3 trained) Full fill psycho social needs of students of determination(ADHD, ADD, OCD, Autistic) Worked closely with competent child protection, comprehensive/community police across the country. Follow ups with school safeguarding incidents Behavior management based on MOE by law of conduct. Act as a whole school wellbeing lead. Conduct staff wellbeing programs. Improve the personal skills for each student by individual sessions and workshops Make and updating school polices with regards to counseling and other supporting programs. Form school councils (Student & Parent council). Organizing School Wellness activities Life Skill Training LD Screening Gender Sensitivity Training School Middle leader Behavior Management
