I am Ajmal Haneefa. For the past 3 years, I have worked as a project engineer in the signage industry in Dubai. I have 3 years of experience in the signage industry and a UAE driving licence as well
-Proposal preparation and tender submission procedures.
-Supervised of contracts to comply with standard project specifications.
-Coordinating project schedules, Resource, equipment and information.
-Liaising with Client to identify and define project requirement, scope and objectives
-Extracts engineering information from CAD drawings. Prepares engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
-Completes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
-Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedules management
-Understand building design and construction and how Way-finding & Signage relates to a variety of spaces.
-Coordinate detailed design concepts, assist with design and technical coordination among disciplines
-Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to determine project scope and requirements
-Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
-Visit sites/clients for job briefs and measurements.
-Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
-Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
