In my most recent role as a Mechanical Engineer at ULCCS LTD, I had the opportunity to work on a challenging project- ONE ANTHEM APARTMENT, which was a 24-floor building with 150 flats. In this role, I reviewed all mechanical drawings, specifications, and program schedules of work, optimized procurement strategies, led the execution, testing, and commissioning of PHE, FPS, and HVAC works, and attended weekly meetings with subcontractors/consultants/clients. I was also responsible for the execution of internal drainage, water supply, and storm & external drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, STP, pumps, swimming pool, and chiller, AHU, FCU, split AC, VRF system, and ductable system.

I handled fire pumps, sprinkler & hydrant systems, fire alarms, talkback, public address systems, fire extinguishers, signages, and ensured quality of the work.

as a Site Engineer at ULCCS LTD, I worked on various projects, including residential, educational, medical/hospital, assembly, office/business, and industrial buildings. My responsibilities included preparing as-built drawings, attending all testing & commissioning of MEP services of 6 projects, monitoring weekly reports and discussing them with the manager, day-to-day monitoring and planning entire work, assuring the civil obstruction has been cleared to the MEP activities, and securing quality of the work.
