My experience in the role of Contracts Manager and Bid Proposal/ Tendering Engineer includes the possession of such essential skills as responsibility, successful negotiating, drafting, evaluating, executing, and managing the different types of contracts, Tender documents, Bid Proposals for design and supervision.
