I am an ITIL,ISTQB certified with more than 4 years on the role of software support specialist with installation of hardware and software and supporting them, having an excellent response of incidents and problems reducing there risk to 5% or less, making sure applications are well managed and stable, ensuring SLA's are followed. My background on software development helps me understand the type of incidents and report them to the appropriate department if necessary and following up them.
