Recruitment Lead with over 5 years experience in the industry. I am hard working, versatile and keen to undertake new challenges, capable of managing and working within a team environment or alone, using my own initiative. I have vast experience and knowledge within customer service and the recruitment industry from educating and supporting candidates through the recruitment process as well as servicing current clients and bringing in new business. Alongside this I have successfully identified a new division within a business and grown this to a 6 person team generating £150k per quarter revenue.
