My employment history has consisted of being a strong facilitator adept at working cross-departmentally with co-management and top-level leadership. Excellent trainer and mentor. My employment history experience has consisted of demonstrating outstanding communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.

My recent academic achievements consist of receiving a degree in Bachelor of Social Science specializing in Social Policy and Sociology with training in human behaviours from Maynooth University and I have a FETAC level 5 in Nursing Studies which my education consisted of human growth and development and child psychology. I recently obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management from UCD Professional Academy. I also have various course certificates in Trauma Informed Care and child protection.

To give you better insight into myself in my previous role, I work with young people aged 11-18 in a trauma-informed unit that detains young people under a high court order. In this role, I act as an advocate for young person's needs and rights and enter them into a program that is suited to their recovery and development. My role is to help young people in their learning and secure them a vocation for when they move on from secure care.

As I am a social science graduate this enables me to engage young persons in social studies such as sociology and civil, political education, and general physical health education. I work with children that have various intellectual disabilities and developmental delays alongside working with children that have both complex trauma and PTSD, mental health disorders, and challenging behaviors.
