I would like to introduce myself as a candidate for any vacant job opportunity that you might have, I am an Economics and Political Science graduate, with a minor in Public Administration. My education and previous experience allow me to work in several fields, such as, the banking industry, the public sector, or any statistical or financial job. I am confident that I can succeed in this position, while I am calculated, organized, and detail-oriented.

I acquired the techniques to gather, analyze and manage massive, complex datasets. I learned how to interpret my findings and convey them in a professional, yet down-to-earth manner that numerically challenged associates can grasp, as I have experience conducting economic research and analyzing data to provide insights on various economic trends. 

I believe that my experience and education prove me well-qualified for this position, as I communicated with customers and clients from different ethnicities, races, religions, cultures, and backgrounds in my previous role as a customer service representative for Vodafone UK. My job with VOIS taught me and shaped me into the flexible employee that I am today, as we went through working-hours changes and department changes. Moreover, I can also say that I can work efficiently and effectively as an individual or in a team environment. 

During my work experience, I learned to work under pressure whether by multi-tasking while speaking with a customer and working on his query while building a rapport with him and meanwhile documenting all the changes that I have done on the customer's account, or guaranteeing the survey and that the customer is 100% satisfied.

At Cairo University, in the faculty of Economics and Political Science, I obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Public Administration. I studied statistics, accounting, finance, business, and many other important topics.
