Oversees the full functions of the Company’s ship management team to ensure that the vessel management meets the standards required by the vessel Owners and other stakeholders.

Participate in the continual development of the Company’s policy and procedures, especially in relation to the technical management of the Company’s fleet of vessels comprising of Landing crafts, tugs, barges, and general cargo vessels.

Monitor the effective maintenance of the fleet’s equipment and machinery, identifying trends and implement solutions that will enhance the safety and operational performance of the vessels.

Control the vessels’ performance, shipboard maintenance and repair programs and ensure that defects are rectified within the required timeframe to meet Flag and Class requirements.

Responsibility to look after Fleet Audits and superintendence.

Manage a team of 6 technical superintendents and workshop team including mechanics, welders, electricians, plumber, carpenter, and AC technician.

Report to General Manager.
