Report to the General Manager regarding financial activity of the company.
Analyze and implement possible accounting solutions for discrepancies.
Prepares company books up to finalization to Audit report for management decisions.
Supplier Payments, company utilities, Landlord Expense Payments (Utilities, Service Charges, Maintenance), Tenant Security Deposit Handling.
Accounts Receivable: Revenue recognition, Outstanding payment monitoring, Bank Account
Arrange payroll, WPS transfer, pension for Locals and GCC Nationals
Prepare brokers’ commissions, management fees to property owners.
Monthly Profit and Loss Statement / Monthly Landlord Statement of Accounts
Preparation of VAT submissions for the FTA - Emaratax
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Coordinates with Auditors for Audit report finalization.
Handles petty cash for group of companies/ replenishment of revolving funds for landlords.Reconciliation, Invoice Preparation, Bank deposits, Receipts, Tax Invoices.
