Responsible for quality assurance & quality control at the project site and report to the Project Manager in the issues related to Non-conformance & deficiencies in the quality management process at the site.
Performing in overall quality control of the site, provide advises & suggestion to improve quality control construction site & achieve the target with respect to quality issues with respect to client requirements.
Coordination & direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories & field tests.
Performing concrete and asphalt mix design.
To prepare all documents related to inspection & attend all inspection for different individual activities of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings & special specifications.
Direct involvement with regards toQuality Control on Material receipt atsite,
Inspectionand testing.
Ensure that the Inspection Testing and Measuring Instruments Are Calibrated and valid.
Carryout all inspection with consultant and get the approval.
To prepare of all related quality documents such as ITPs & Method of Statement.
Conduct quality awareness meetings & inductions for site engineers & other construction staffs.
Implement the consultant specification on site in terms of materials delivery and installation.
Resolve technical conflicts. Viewing plans andspecifications for completeness and accuracy,
and make recommendations
