Apoorv Kaushik

I am a global sustainability strategist, climate finance innovator, and real estate ESG specialist with 14+ years’ experience transforming organizations across APAC, EMEA, and North America. My career spans leading Deloitte’s AP Sustainability & Climate Centre of Excellence, building AI-powered ESG solutions, and shaping regulatory readiness for $750M+ in market opportunities. In earlier roles, I drove board-level ESG governance, secured global sustainable finance, and scaled impact-driven teams that influenced capital allocation, corporate strategy, and industry standards.

Educated at Harvard University and Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, I am certified in green bonds, climate finance, and am a LEED Green Associate. I bridge policy, finance, and innovation to advance systemic decarbonization and social equity. As a public speaker and mentor, I amplify thought leadership that inspires markets to adopt regenerative, future-ready business models - anchored in measurable outcomes and global collaboration.
