Outlet Visits: Following a designated route plan to visit retail outlets and merchandise products based on Visibility Agreements with the customer.
Stock Monitoring: Generating reports on product availability and stock outs, and communicating this information to management for necessary actions.
Product Visibility and Freshness: Ensuring products are visible, available, and maintained in a fresh condition.
Inventory Checks: Conducting regular checks to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Customer Relationships: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Price Checks: Regularly verifying product prices to ensure they are set correctly.
Daily Reporting: Creating a daily report (MDR) and sending it to the supervisor and front-line sales team.
I completed my higher secondary education in commerce faculty from 07/12/2010 to 04/26/2012. This coursework provided me with a solid foundation in business concepts and practices, including financial management, office administration, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
