Job Description:

• End to end delivery of 5G 2CC Carrier aggregation, New SRAN, starting from TSS/TSSR/SMR/BOM/BOQ/Installation/Integration to FAC.
• End-to-End execution of over 1100 SRAN sites during Du network 3G swap project and Rollout sites from Equipment Delivery, Integration until PAT, PAC, and FAC.
• End to end delivery of 5G, FTTA & 4G, Expansion, New SRAN, Nokia starting from TSS/TSSR to FAC.
• Managing & supervising all activities with partners (Subcontractors) including TSSR, Installation, Integration, PAT’s & FAC’s.
• RF KPIs monitoring and plan daily activities for addressing the Post swap issues. Hardware problems and their resolution.
• Key member of RAN team during SW upgrades of 5G, FTTA & 4G over NetAct for Remote Supervision of Outdoor Sites. 
• Preparation of SMR’s (Site Materials Requests), BOQ’s. 
• Coordination with customer for TSSR’s approvals & TI implementation plans 
• Integration of 5G, FTTA & 4G all Configurations i.e., 2 x 2 MIMO, 4 x 2 MIMO, 2 x (800 & 1800 MHz) Carrier Aggregation, 3 x (800, 1800, 2100 MHz) Carrier Aggregation. 
• Involved in All Trials related to 5G, FTTA, LTE, CRAN Solution, Active Antenna Solution, Air Scale Solution. 
• End-to-End execution of over 1100 SRAN sites during Du network 3G swap project and Rollout sites from Equipment Delivery, Integration until PAT, PAC, and FAC. 
• Managing network swap and 2G,3G,4G & 5G Rollout activities with coordination of outsourced teams and Nokia teams.
• Develop a plan and execute the activities of team members and Subcontractors. 
• Technical support to Field team for troubleshooting of Nokia Flexi SRAN SBTS products (Nokia SRAN19B, Nokia SRAN1) 
• Coordination with all concerns (IP Core, Transport and RIC Team) for interface connectivity during 
• Network swap & integration of new 2G,3G, LTE & 5G Rollout sites in the network. 
• Supervising Installations and commissioning of Nokia SRAN Air scale BTS AMOD, FSMF, RFM, RRH 
• Supervising Installations and commissioning of Nokia Power card (FPFH).
•  Coordination with NPO and RIC teams about Pre and Post Swap RF issues & 2G,3G & 4G Rollout optimization and operational complaints
• Troubleshooting and Providing the Solutions to On Site teams for Nokia SRAN SBTS Installation & Commissioning issues.
