Knowledge of word processors,
Microsoft Excel or similar database software like Microsoft Word

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers,
suppliers and external partners
Document expenses and hand in reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Handling and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence
(e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Responsible for Control/Track/Issue of complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, site instructions, Variation Orders, MIR, RFI, Submittals and other forms of pertinent documents from the contractors and subcontractors.
Provide assistance to the CEO
