Working as MEP Head to manage entire MEP system for all the projects from estimation till the project handing over. Leading to guide right from estimation till site handover to overlook all activities goes according to the company policy to achieve the milestone in such a controlled and administrative manner in view of its planning , scheduling , budgeting , Quality , HSE , design and approvals , procurement , cash flow , manpower management, cost control etc .

Ensuring to maintain the site progress into its milestone and take all necessary action on to it . Attends all internal progress , client / consultant weekly or any organized meeting and addressing to top management .

Overall to provide an effective MEP Projects to company as MEP HEAD .

• Overview the pre & post construction documents , Planning , budgeting , executing & Implementation of MEP system at all the stage of construction.
• The main objective of job responsibility to monitor and develop the operational plans and procedure of unit and supervise daily work of the unit and ensure the achievement of MEP part goes according to the certain milestone with all required aspects ,complying the project requirement and specification .

• Conducts pre-construction meetings and coordinates with contractor, Architects/consultants to ensure major and minor issues are addressed prior to construction.

• Maintaining project budgets , monitors change orders, and evaluates progress payments.
• The day-to-day support activities, including administrative support , communication efforts , scheduling, and supporting basic office management activities for the organization.
• Managing project construction for schedules and payments through project progress meetings with contractors, engineers, project owners, and others concerned .
• Perform presentations to engineering project divisional manager and concern superiors.
• Coordinate project team’s activities and outputs related to MEP services.
• Review the design concept, tender documents and specification at the tender stage.
• Monitor quality and initiates action to rectify any deviation.
• Analyzes problems associated with strict compliance of plans and specifications, and makes determinations of alternate approaches.
• Identify and sort out any existing and potential problems, disputes or conflicts concerning MEP services coordination of all concerned in the best interest of the site coordination.
• Review of material submittal, shop drawings and material samples as required.
• Coordinate with project team and vendors for procurement and delivery of procured material.
• Comply with and respects the procedures, rules and regulations of local authorities.
• Monitor all pre-commissioning /commissioning checks related to MEP services.
• Liaise with consultants in order to secure all local authorities approval related to MEP.
• Close monitoring the complete QS activity goes through smoothly and ensures all the commercial issues internal and external are moving as per contract condition. Value engineering of MEP services with all aspects .
• Any other tasks and duties from similar nature, level, or assigned by the direct management.
