I studied from the university of Sharjah and worked as an administrative assistant in my own university.

• Project management: to manage budgets and information of active projects from all over the university. This role required me to oversee the entire process from the beginning of the project till its end which included managing budgets, processing letters of approval or rejections for projects, reviewing and reporting any changes made in the budget or project details.
• Documentation: proficient and punctual in maintaining and processing the financial and other relevant documents related to projects.

  These included: research assistants payments, reimbursement requests. payment requests, budget transfer request, approval letters, 

• Budget management: allocating/re-allocating budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring their compliance with the finance departments guidelines, reporting low budgets so the respected persons can take action, reviewing and matching all the expenses that took place to ensure there were no mistakes made by others who worked on the budget.
• Data management: receiving research assistants bank details and updating them in the master sheet for the finance department. Sent verification emails to the research assistants so if they made any changes to their bank details, I can update them in the master sheet and inform the finance department through calling them.

I have a bachelors in Science for Accounting and a Minor in Supply Chain Management.
