• Handling inquiry from sales department or directly, recognizing the exact scope by verifying the drawings and associated inputs.
• Selection of the suitable equipment/heat exchanger along with detailed design as per the customer requirements through Unilab Coils v7.3, Danfoss Coolselector, AutoCAD, Solidworks.
• Preparation of the BOM for the Estimation in coordination with Procurement and Sales.
• Work with external suppliers to analyze the specifications and technical requirements of raw materials suitable for the project.
• Associated with the production department for meeting the customer deadlines and product delivery.
• Assist the Engineering Team Leaders as required.
• Release all required drawings with updated BOM to shop floor as per schedule.
• Knowledge of Air Cooled Chiller, Shell and Tube design and manufacturing, Coil design, circuitry, Heresite, corrotech and bronze glow husky green coatings
• Lead the design and manufacture of 80TR (SS-SS) shell and tube heat exchanger for Emirates Steel Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Design, optimization and new feature addition to the air-cooled chillers with capacities ranging from 5 TR to 200 TR.
• Design and development of new product as required and to manage project through the completion.
• Design and develop enhancements to the existing product range.
• preparation of product design to identify and implement cost saving and performance improvement.
• Lead companywide quality improvement efforts and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certification processes.
• Prepare complete design of unit.
