I am a dedicated and passionate lawyer with over three years of experience across a range of legal fields, including corporate law, M&A, regulatory compliance, and arbitration. My legal journey began with a strong academic foundation, having earned a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent, which gave me a global perspective on legal issues. Additionally, I gained valuable practical experience through an internship in England, where I worked on cross-border corporate transactions and developed a deep understanding of complex legal frameworks.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Legal Consultant at Word of Law in Abu Dhabi, where I manage high-profile cases, advise clients on legal and regulatory matters, and draft key legal documents that shape business transactions. I’m a qualified lawyer admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association, and I have a strong commitment to delivering clear, strategic legal advice in both English and Arabic.
