Food Technologist, specialized in Food Safety. Had experience in Abudhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority regulations, and has completed Teachers Training Programm in Ministry of Education in UAE, for teaching Food Science and Food Safety classes for students, then I worked as a Research Assistant, with United Arab Emirates University, in a Sensory Evaluation project in 2022.

I am familiar with Abudhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority regulations, since I had my internship period in ADAFSA as inspector, and I had knowledge and experience in all the fields of food inspection, then I was chosen from Ministry of Education, to be apart of their Food Science team, and I got a the teachers training, and I successfully passed the training. Then I worked with United Arab Emirates University as a Research assistant in 2022

I had a Bachelor's in Food Science, and I specialized in Food Safety, I took several accredited certificates in Food Safety, like ISO 22000, HACCP, and Food Safety. In addition to other cources in the field of Food Science Quality Control and Quality Accurace , and GMP, and I am looking for more.
