My name is Aye Chan Show.I am 32 years old and Single.I graduated from Technological University Taunggyi in 2015 with Bachelor of Engineering Civil.During my times at University I gained valuable hands-on experience through various internship.After graduation,I worked in multiples roles such as Site Engineer,Office Engineer,Drafter and Quantity Surveyor. My times in these positions has given me a strong understanding of the construction process.Hard working ,positive mindset,a good team player and good attitude can carry out the successful completion of project .

Duties And Responsibilities;

• Monitored and supervised to the sub-contractor, worker and finish in time to meet the project time line.
• Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with approved Method statement and Quality method.
• Checking the quality of construction materials arrived to the site delivered by suppliers.
• Taking record and making report.

• Develop overall Architectural and Structural drafting / shop drawings using Autodesk Autocad and Sketchup.
• Updating and modifying existing drawings as reuired by changes in specifications,design,or client requests.
• Collaborate with project teams on drawings and documentation for distribution and filing.

• Estimate for all Civil Work (BOq,material requirements ,Labours)
• Pre-ordered and demanded to reuired materials for on site operation.
• Directed and closely to the client for their reuesting and negotiation.
• Prepared the daily and monthly progress report.

Duties And Responsibilities;

• Facilitate tender process including tender enquires,producing cost estimates, cost evaluation for approval prior tender submission, preparing documents and attending tender interview.
• Preparing and managing contracts between clients, contractors and subcontractors.
• Handling disputes related to costs,contracts and payments.
• Maintaining and organizing project documentation , including drawings,specifications and contracts.
• Arrange the materials orders and tabulate budget monitoring.
• Analysis and evaluate of market price and material quality comparison.
• Providing technical support to project teams,including interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring client requirements and expectation are met or exceeded.
• Daily report all site conditations to Managing Director.
• Travelling from the office to various sites when reuired.
