26.Provide a Daily & weekly & monthly & summary report of field HSE issues and activities including HSE documentation; risk assessments, JSAs, toolbox talks produced, etc.

Preparing risk assessment, and COSHH assessment.
Verify third-party certification for loose lifting gear, electrical equipment, etc. is correctly color coded and being used properly.
Maintaining PPE records.
Periodic checking of all firefighting equipment.
Control of hazardous material and its safe storage based on the internal procedure.

Participation in ISO45001, 14001 auditing programs and taking improvement action.
Engaged in sub-contractor HSE reviews and audits.
Using/handling maintenance/inspection and refilling of all first aid firefighting extinguishers.
