As a transfer clerk, I provide excellent customer service and handle various front office operations, such as remittance, cash, WPS, and other sub products of the company. I also manage the lobby area and attend to customer complaints. I follow the anti-money laundering/CFT and know your customer policy and file routine documents. I generate and maintain weekly and monthly reports of data entry progress and assist in marketing activities as directed by my superiors.

• Attending customer complaints and reporting the manager/supervisor the nature of complaints received.
• Filing of routine documents such as daily vouchers, letter etc.
