• Review and verify proposal forms, risk details, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines. 
• Assist in risk assessment and premium rating based on underwriting parameters and company policies. 
• Prepare and issue policy documents, endorsements, and renewal notices with high accuracy. 
• Support underwriters in quotation preparation, and policy issuance through core insurance systems. 
• Maintain accurate records of accepted, declined, and modified risks for audit and MIS purposes. 
• Coordinate with brokers, agents, and branch offices for clarifications and document collection. 
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and company underwriting standards. 
• Assist in portfolio analysis, claims trend monitoring, and risk improvement recommendations. 
• Participate in internal audits, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.
