I am working as Assistant Restaurant Manager for more than 8 years and above, In a large size company I handle staff development, trainings, ordering system, purchasing supply, inventory control and reduction of waste and staff turnover. Administered 30-45 staff members, managing daily opearions, reconcialtion of sales, bank deposit and closure of petty cash.
