Good day. My name is Biswanath Singh and I’m the Technical Manager in Legacy Ship management. I’ve always been passionate about finding smart ways to manage ships and to handle projects like drydocking, reactivation and conversations.
I believe establishing money management , time management, team management strategies as early as possible is the key to operate vessels smoothly. I began using these strategies myself as I started working as Technical Superintendent in 2013, and since then I have done about 20 dry docking, 12 takeovers, 2 major conversations and 3 reactivation. Ship management gives me a satisfaction as its a challenging job.
I would like to pursue this job to add value into my life and to the company i work for.
I have sailed on oil and chemical tankers. since 2013, I am looking after tanker vessels and bulk carriers. dry dock preparation, dry docking repairs, afloat repairs, trouble shooting, audits, pre vetting etc are my core strength.
I have done diploma in mechanical after completion of 12th. i have done my marine engineering from TS Rehman in MUMBAI, India in 2010.
