Job Responsibilities: 

• Budgeting the project as per the tender drawings,
• Preparing the MEP BOQ as per the tender drawings and specifications
• Evaluating the MEP quotations from various subcontractors and appointing,
• Preparing and approving work Cost breakdowns as per contracts,
• Approving Subcontractors invoice and variations as per requirements
• Co-ordination with all sub-contractors and periodically monitoring their work done.
• Inspecting site periodically to follow subordinates,
• Allocating labors as per the requirements and maintaining the output,
• Periodically monitoring site activity along with construction program,
• Preparations of running bills and submit to consultant for approval,
