Escorting customer with baggages to their room when check-in and on check out.

Delivered messages, lughage parkage and more or run errands to exceed quest expectations.

Answered questions about amenities and services policies and attraction and dining entaintment and directions etc.

Picking up and return Lost and found items

Welcome customers and lead them to their Room.

Escorting guests with their baggage to their room when check-in.

Escorting guests with their baggage from their room when check-outs.

Provide quest with a friendly and positive arrival experience.

Carefully and safely handle the luggage and baggage of the guest.
