REACTIVE CALLS: As a shift in charge was responsible for attending the Duty mobile calls for any breakdown and rectify them.

PLANNED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: Completion of the PPM activity scheduled for the month without any backlog and submitting the PPM report to the client.

TOOLBOX TALK: Briefing the team about the tasks to be carried out during the shift time, identify the hazards for the tasks and use proper PPE accordingly.

MAXIMO OPERATIONS: Checking new service requests, completing them and closing the same in Maximo tool without any Service Level Agreement (SLA) failure.

TECHNICAL TRAINING: Conduct technical training to the team members.

SUB-CONTRACTOR AUDIT: Conducting the field audit of the sub-contractor team. Checking for safety of the work, proper PPE selection, nature of work.

CALIBRATION: Coordinating with the CO & DPT calibration team for the calibration work twice a year and preparing report and submitting to client.

EVENTS PREPARATION: Taking all server backup, Important controllers’ backup, Critical devices checking before the New year & EID as a part of proactive action.

COMMINISIONING: Commissioning of DDC panels and SOP checking as per requirement.

GRAPHICS: Preparation of GUI for BMS system.
