For over 23 years, I have been working at the intersection of fundraising, community engagement, and nonprofit development, driven by a deep belief in the power of connection to create meaningful change. I am deeply committed to building bridges between people and causes, and to creating initiatives that turn empathy into action. Throughout my career, I have worked to grow sustainable income, strengthen donor relationships, and support organizations in becoming more transparent, accountable, and people-centered.

I believe in the power of trust, authenticity, and long-term engagement to drive real impact. I am particularly passionate about designing community-driven initiatives that bring people together around a shared purpose, combining storytelling, networks, and partnerships to create lasting change, especially in challenging contexts.
