I am a BSc-IT graduate with a CCNA certification and around three years of experience in IT support and network engineering. I have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and technical support. Currently based in Dubai, I am actively looking for opportunities to grow my career in IT, especially in networking, cloud, or system support roles. I am a quick learner, adaptable, and motivated to continuously improve my technical skills.

Experienced in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing user support, managng and alterig databses as per requests and working with networking fundamentals such as LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and basic network security. CCNA certified with practical exposure to real-world IT environments. Adaptable, quick to learn, and currently seeking opportunities in the UAE to grow in IT infrastructure, networking, or cloud-related roles.

I worked in National Stock Exchange-IT India, as a network engineer for almost 1.5 years.

Previously i worked as a software support specialist in Thermolab Scientific Pvt Ltd India, for 1.5 years.

And before that i worked as an assistant waiter at the Bombay Canteen for 4-5 months.

Bachelor of science in Information Technology, with a strong foundation in computer networks operating systems and database management. I've also successfully completed the CCNA course and SQL course
