I am Cynthia Mallo, food industrial engineer.
My previous experiences have allowed me to work in the quality sector at different levels and throughout many processes of the supply chain. I started my career as quality assurance in charge in a food company and I have participated in their ISO 22000 implementation process. Also, I worked in a certification body where I participated on daily basis in audits (ISO 22k, ISO 9K, HACCP, Hygiene audits and food safety compliance audits) and employees training (HACCP).
Recently, I have updated my ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor certification. In addition to that, I have participated in many projects in different areas: implementation of Global Gap requirements, marketing and branding in the food sector, teaching and mentoring students, product certification.
